When replenishing your STB Union account via bank transfer, you can enjoy the benefits of no additional fees. This advantageous method of topping up ensures both comfort and convenience for you.
How to deposit your STB account via bank transfer
To get started, please open your personal bank account within the application or on the website of your chosen bank (Bank Hapoalim, Bank Mizrahi Tefahot, etc.) to initiate a bank transfer to your STB Union account. Complete the transfer details.

Once the transfer is successfully completed, do remember to capture a picture of the receipt for future reference in the STB application.
Furthermore, you have the option to perform the bank transfer at the bank's branch. In such case, kindly request the bank staff to provide you with a printed receipt as an official confirmation of the transaction.

For a quicker identification, please ensure to provide your phone number in the comments section of the bank transaction.
Open your STB Union app.
On the main app menu, scroll down to "Payments" section, click on «Deposit account»
Select the "By bank transfer" option under "Payment type".
Enter the desired deposit amount.
You will receive STB Union's bank details, which you'll need to complete the bank transfer.
Please verify the accuracy of the provided information and click the "Confirm" button at the bottom of the screen. If you have found an error, go back to the previous page by clicking the arrow located in the top left corner of the screen and correct the data.
Please attach the receipt photo by clicking on the icon under "Payment order upload". Choose the photo source:
"Camera" - if you want to take a picture of the printed receipt.
"Gallery" - if you want to upload a previously taken photo.
Then, click "Confirm".
Your transaction is pending approval. This process may take up to 2 business days.
To check the status of the bank transfer, navigate to the "History" page (button located at the bottom of the screen).
Then click on "Transfers" (button located at the top of the screen), and find your transaction in the provided list.
Attention! After confirmation and approval of the transfer, this transaction will be moved from the "Transfers" folder to the "Wallet" folder.
Congratulations! Your account balance has been topped up!

Restrictions and conditions for depositing to your STB account via a bank transfer:
You can deposit funds into your STB account via bank transfer, but only from your own bank's account.
You can deposit up to 30,000 shekels/per month.
If you need to deposit a higher amount, please contact our customer service.The funds from a bank transfer may take up to 2 working days to reach your account.
Deposits made via bank transfer are free of fees.
