To initiate the process, begin by opening your STB Union app.
On the main app menu, scroll down to "Payments" section, click on «Deposit account»

Select the "By cash" option for deposit under "Payment type.

Enter the desired amount of money you wish to deposit.
View the list of branches where you can deposit your cash. Once ready, click "Continue."

Please verify the accuracy of the provided information and click the "Confirm" button at the bottom of the screen. If you have found an error, go back to the previous page by clicking the arrow located in the top left corner of the screen and correct the data.

The final step is to visit your preferred office with the cash.
You can find the branch list on the "Transaction Pending" page or find it in our website as well - office locations.

Inform the employee at the branch that you would like to deposit cash into your STB Union account and that you have already completed the necessary steps on the app.
