Step by step - Activating your STB VISA card
Step 1 - Activation via the Application
After the receival of your card, you should log in to STB Union application, and navigate to 'Cards'.
On the card screen press 'Activate Card' button.
The next step is to expect an SMS message containing a code. Please input this code on the indicated page.
Another SMS containing your PIN code will be sent shortly. To activate the PIN code, kindly proceed to the nearest ATM.
Step 2 - Activation via ATM
When you reach the ATM, insert your card. You'll be prompted to enter the PIN code from the text message you received. Ensure the surroundings are secure and no one is observing as you enter your PIN.
(For example, for card ending with 1111, the PIN code will be 1234)
Last step - you should perform cash withdraw operation at an ATM (not necessarily successful - for example, you can request to withdraw an amount that is higher than your current balance and get rejected, pin code will still be successfully activated)
Note!
Please perform pin code activation at ATMs of recognized Israeli banks, not at private ATMs (e.g. in kiosks or minimarkets).
