Step by Step - How to Issue STB VISA multi?
Open your STB Union app.
On the main screen press on «get your STB VISA card».
Tap «Issue Card» at the bottom of the page.
Select the desired card name.
Please complete the required questionnaires to proceed.
Please provide your phone number and indicate whether you'd like to receive SMS notifications.
Note - Even if you choose not to receive SMS notifications, you'll still receive text messages solely for the purpose of code verification.
To proceed, kindly select your preferred delivery method: either convenient pickup from one of our STB offices or seamless courier delivery.
Pickup from STB Union office
Select the preferred office.
To select an office, either tap on the STB icon within the map view or easily search for it in the list provided.
After selecting the office, please press «Select and continue» to proceed.
If you have a promo code, please enter it on this screen. Otherwise, proceed by selecting «Continue without promocode».
Review the summary of your request to ensure all details are accurate. Once verified, agree to the terms and conditions before pressing «Confirm Request» to proceed.
Congratulations! You've successfully issued a card. You can now track its status. Initially, our office will review your request—status: processing.
Once the review is complete, the status will change to 'ready for receipt,' and your card will be available for pickup at the chosen office.
Courier delivery
Select the city for the delivery.
Please provide your address details below and include any additional comments for the delivery.
If you have a promo code, please enter it on this screen. Otherwise, proceed by selecting «Continue without promocode».
Review the summary of your request to ensure all details are accurate. Once verified, agree to the terms and conditions before pressing «Confirm Request» to proceed.
Congratulations! You've successfully issued a card. You can now track its status. Initially, our office will review your request—status: processing.
Once the review is complete, the status will change to 'ready for receipt,' and your card will be delivered to your address.
