Getting Started: How to Register for the STB Union App
Download the app from your mobile app store (Google Play/App Store).
Enter your phone and ID number, and accept the terms.
If you receive a message stating 'Your data in the system needs to be updated,' please contact our customer service through one of the available channels.
In the next step you will receive an SMS to confirm your phone number.
To proceed with the registration, you will be required to provide the following information: personal details, contact and address information, choose a password, and upload necessary documents.

Congratulations, you are now officially a verified STB user! You will be logged into the app and prompted to choose a PIN code for easy access in the future.
